This role emphasizes your skills in psychosocial assessment, planning, and intervention for clients experiencing mental health issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and care documentation
• Consult with interdisciplinary teams for improved client care
• Facilitate community education about mental health resources
• Engage in quality improvement activities within the program
• Provide accurate reporting on client progress and reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work with current BC registration
• At least two years' experience in related mental health environments
• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
• Knowledge of psychosocial issues in mental health treatment
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
