We seek a qualified Electrician reporting to the Maintenance Super Intendant. You will handle lumex wire, BX, and Tech Cable while interpreting blueprints and troubleshooting electrical faults. Your role includes installing fire alarm systems and conducting preventive maintenance programs in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install electrical components in buildings and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Troubleshoot and isolate electrical faults
• Install and maintain fire alarm systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems

Requirements:
• Journeyperson electrical training completion
• 5 years of electrical experience
• Knowledge of electrical techniques and methods
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor
• Positive manual dexterity for complex tasks
