Reporting to the Manager, Insurance Compliance, you will facilitate the resolution of compliance issues and improve operational standards. Your role includes reviewing complex cases, analyzing data, and developing necessary policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify compliance risks in Personal Lines insurance
• Manage escalated issues with branches and clients
• Conduct thorough reviews and recommend solutions
• Support regulatory inquiry responses and resolutions
• Partner with teams to promote compliance practices

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in insurance relevant to Personal Lines
• Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks and brokerage operations
• Active RIBO license required
• Proven analytical and communication abilities
