In this vital role, the Health & Safety Specialist will be tasked with maintaining safety standards in line with COR and SECOR certifications. You will provide essential support to managers facing HSE issues while conducting audits and developing safety management systems. Effective communication and ongoing training will be central to your responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and develop safety procedures and communications
• Maintain and coordinate safety training for employees




• Manage safety documentation and incident investigations
• Produce detailed safety reports and statistics
• Support the completion of COR applications and audits

Requirements:
• 5+ years of health and safety or equivalent experience
• Post-secondary education or HSE certification
• Familiarity with OSHA standards preferred
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
• Solid verbal and written communication capabilities
