In this Controller role, you will manage comprehensive accounting functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop insightful financial analyses. Collaborating closely with the ownership and sales teams, you will drive improvements in financial processes and reporting capabilities that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day accounting functions and cash management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Implement and enhance financial controls and procedures




• Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
• Partner with operations and sales for financial insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Over 5 years of progressive finance experience
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Solid problem-solving and detail-oriented capabilities
