As a full time Porter, you will support operations by addressing guest needs, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the resort. Collaboration with the executive housekeeper and prompt response to requests are essential to maintain service excellence. Your proactive attitude ensures guests enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our beautiful natural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest requests for TV, Wi-Fi, and heating support
• Deliver items promptly to guests using a radio




• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Transport luggage to and from chalets
• Ensure cleanliness of outdoor areas throughout shifts

Requirements:
• Proven experience in similar housekeeping roles
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and bondable
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds
• Punctual and detail-oriented work ethic
