Key Responsibilities:
• Address internal HR compensation-related inquiries
• Monitor compensation trends to enhance HR offerings
• Participate in and analyze salary surveys
• Assist in the management of job evaluation processes
• Provide individual salary recommendations for new hires

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• At least three years of related HR experience
• Understanding of compensation and job evaluation
• Experience with SAP and HRIS systems
• Certification in HR (CPHR, CEBS, or CCP) is valuable
