BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Assurance – Private Equity to lead a portfolio of audits for PE-backed portfolio companies across manufacturing, consumer products and technology. You will oversee complex consolidations, multi-entity structures, acquisitions, and equity instruments, while delivering high-quality, timely reporting.
Reporting to the Audit Partner, you will coach managers and staff, drive risk management, and develop client relationships with private equity sponsors.
