Empower Yellowhead County residents as a Community Outreach Coordinator focused on social services and community engagement. This full time position combines program delivery, resource management, and community outreach efforts.

In collaboration with the FCSS Supervisor, your role will involve coordinating essential services for seniors and vulnerable individuals. You will spearhead initiatives like the Home Support Program and evaluate community-based workshops while fostering partnerships with local organizations to identify and address service gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate personal development workshops
• Liaise with agencies for community programming
• Maintain confidentiality while assisting clients




• Prepare board reports and program promotions
• Supervise casual staff for various programs

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or similar
• Experience in social services is advantageous
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
