In this role at Qualus, you will focus on Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental initiatives with 5-9 years of experience in occupational health and safety. As a key player in developing effective safety policies, you will help ensure adherence to WorksafeBC standards and facilitate compliance with client requirements. Your expertise will guide field employees and your engagement in training will promote secure work practices across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a strong safety culture within all operations
• Assist in creating and monitoring safety procedures




• Provide on-site safety assessments and guidance
• Conduct safety inspections and prepare compliance reports
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in occupational health and safety
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology solutions
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage moderate physical demands
