Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee MEP design and construction phases
• Lead document reviews, estimating, and scheduling
• Coordinate with partners on bidding and risk management
• Foster relationships with clients and industry professionals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Structural, or Construction Engineering
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in design or construction
• Thorough understanding of MEP practices and terminology
• Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities
• Strong networking skills in the construction industry
