Become a key player in strategy execution at PACE as a Strategy Execution Specialist. Facilitate the transition from strategic planning to actionable initiatives across the organization.
In this position, you will support the Director in executing and maintaining the organization’s Strategic Plan while communicating annual goals and performance metrics. Collaborating with leaders and teams will be essential as you track strategic initiatives and create tools for project management. Your role will also involve implementing change management processes and ensuring the necessary capacity for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the communication and refinement of the Strategic Plan
• Manage strategic initiative implementation using project methodologies
• Monitor project performance and communicate results
• Provide training on strategy execution for team alignment
• Develop tools for effective change management
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• At least five years in strategic planning and execution
• PMP and/or change management certification preferred
• Proficient in data interpretation and performance tracking
• Solid communication and project management skills
