Reporting to the Hardlines Group Sales Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them through their buying decisions. This role requires knowledge of firearms, hunting concepts, and company policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation and assisting with merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legendary customer service with every interaction
• Assist customers in making informed buying decisions
• Maintain knowledge of firearms and hunting trends
• Uphold visual presentation standards within the store
• Resolve customer issues with sound judgment
Requirements:
• One year of sales or service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License required
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge
• Ability to make recommendations based on customer needs
