Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the municipal asset registry and update data
• Coordinate asset management information flow across divisions
• Prepare capital budgets, reports,
and long-term financial plans
• Lead capital grants applications and oversight of consulting teams
• Conduct asset surveys and condition assessments as needed
Requirements:
• University degree in Economics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience
• IAM designation or willingness to obtain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s Licence
