This position ensures children receive appropriate care and participation in developmental activities that foster a sense of well-being and belonging. You'll work closely with the Child Care team, applying the B.C. Early Learning Framework to create meaningful connections and enhance children's learning journey. This role includes evaluating programs and maintaining a safe center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement developmentally appropriate early learning activities
• Foster positive relationships with children in care




• Observe and document children’s developmental progress
• Participate actively in maintaining the center's safety
• Support team dynamics and emergency procedures

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Valid BC Early Childhood Educator License to Practice
• One year of relevant childcare experience
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and engaging in physical activities
