As a Quality Events Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing quality events records and conducting thorough investigations for manufacturing deviations and excursions. Your role involves working closely with teams across Manufacturing and Quality to implement CAPAs that prevent recurrence of issues. You will support cleanroom compliance investigations and participate as an expert during internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations using methodologies like fishbone analysis
• Evaluate product impact for contamination events
• Document CAPAs and assess their long-term effectiveness




• Analyze data trends to support process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with Health Canada and FDA standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific field
• Experience in GMP manufacturing or quality processes
• Robust technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of aseptic behavior and environmental monitoring
• Familiarity with QMS systems such as MasterControl or Veeva
