As a member of the MHSU Aftercare team, you will address the needs of adults facing serious mental health and substance use challenges. Your independence and solid knowledge of complex mental health issues will help you engage effectively with clients. This rewarding role aims to foster resilience and promote recovery in a supportive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments and crisis intervention strategies
• Offer tailored case management and referrals
• Lead individual and group psychotherapy sessions




• Consult with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Educate clients and families on mental health issues

Requirements:
• Degree related to Mental Health or Substance Use
• Comprehensive knowledge of privacy guidelines
• Proven experience in managing mental health crises
• Skills in client education and psycho-education
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
