Reporting to the Manager of Admission and Student Progress, you will oversee admissions processes and support graduate students within UofG. This position is ideal for individuals with two years of college education and previous client service experience. Collaborating with graduate program coordinators, you will track and report on applicants while managing critical deadlines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer graduate admissions application processes
• Collaborate with coordinators and faculty on student status
• Track and monitor progress of admissions applications




• Ensure adherence to UofG Graduate Admission policies
• Report on operational activities and deadlines

Requirements:
• Two years of Community College education
• 1-2 years in a client service role
• Knowledge of academic admissions processes
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
