You will play a pivotal role in operationalizing the Alberta Recovery Model by implementing processes and supporting a team dedicated to helping individuals with mental health and addiction challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Support operational procedure development
• Coordinate with community agencies for integrated services
• Monitor and identify service delivery improvements

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Business
• Minimum four years of related leadership experience
• Experience with mental health and addiction support
