As a member of the Legal Resources and Corporate Governance division, you’ll focus on administering contracts linked to solar, wind, and waterpower projects within the energy sector. Your insights will help shape strategies for successful contract execution, ensuring all obligations are fulfilled effectively. This position allows you to contribute to the advancement of sustainable energy in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support contract administration and compliance monitoring
• Regularly manage an online contract database




• Collaborate with Senior Analysts on contract-related matters
• Develop and standardize contract documentation
• Recommend improvements for internal contract management processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with business and electrical generation processes
• Solid analytical skills and detail orientation
• Exposure to Ontario's renewable energy regulations
• Excellent communication abilities
