Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
About the Role
Dandy is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to support daily fulfillment operations in Toronto Canada. You’ll help ensure dental kits, accessories, consumables, and replacement orders are prepared, inspected, fulfilled, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining ready-to-ship inventory.
You’ll work across prep, live fulfillment, receiving, inventory, quality control, asset recovery, repair routing, and shipping. The role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented: you’ll follow configuration‑specific SOPs, identify issues before they reach a customer, communicate clearly across functional areas, and surface practical ideas that make the operation safer, faster, or more accurate.
You’ll be successful in this role if you take ownership of your work, learn new processes quickly, respond well to coaching, and consistently balance speed with quality and safety in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment.
What You'll Do
Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, ship, and close Vision and Trios outbound kits to standard cycle times; execute ITX and Conversion replacement orders; pick and ship accessory and consumable orders day‑of.
Quality & Prep: Inspect every outbound kit against the configuration‑specific SOP; execute Computer QC and imaging during prep; QC returned scanners and route them appropriately.
Asset Recovery: Inspect returned assets and determine the appropriate path. Execute Wrap Fix on returned scanners and laptops.
Inventory & Receiving: Receive inbound POs and route inventory to the correct locations; restock pick locations to maintain Live Fulfillment readiness; conduct routine cycle counts and execute inventory adjustments; flag discrepancies to a Senior or Lead.
Operations & Improvement: Identify fulfillment inefficiencies and surface ideas that improve safety, speed, or accuracy. Participate in initiatives and pilots and provide input on SOP updates based on floor observations.
Communication & Systems: Communicate clearly across functional areas, especially between prep and live fulfillment workflows. Use NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, RF Smart, and Slack to execute and document daily tasks.
What We're Looking For

Experience solving operational problems, exercising good judgment, and communicating effectively across a diverse team.
Strong personal accountability, organization, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to follow detailed SOPs and quality standards while working to cycle‑time and service‑level expectations.
Strong safety mindset, including following protocols, reporting hazards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Open to feedback and coaching from Senior team members and the Lead.
Curious and comfortable learning new processes and operational systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and/or ERP/order management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points For
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, RF Smart, or Slack.
Experience in healthcare, dental, medical-device, or another quality‑sensitive environment.
