Ideal candidates will engage in the design and implementation of mechanical systems and components for commercial and residential buildings. You will collaborate closely with engineers, mentor junior staff, and contribute to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mechanical system design and drawing preparation
• Engage in 3D modeling as needed
• Coordinate with engineering teams on design integration
• Address challenges during the construction phase
• Conduct site visits to oversee project execution

Requirements:
• 8-12 years of experience in mechanical design
• Diploma in Mechanical or Architectural Technology
• Proven communication and organizational skills
• Adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects
• Experience in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge an asset
