Join Dematic as a Coordinator of Parts Sales in Mississauga. Drive customer engagement through parts quoting and sales while supporting engineering teams in various projects.

In this role, you will be part of the Lifecycle Solutions & Service team, reporting to the Director. Your responsibilities will include managing parts inquiries, pricing, and ensuring effective delivery to customers. You will also work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams to enhance system operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with customers on parts quoting and processing
• Source critical control components with engineering teams
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators and fault data trends




• Conduct site parts audits and installations upon completion
• Facilitate safety programs and certification preparations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering Technology
• 2-3 years of experience in automation logistics
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Capable of cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
