The role requires a minimum of five years' experience, including three years in a supervisory position. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the planning and administration of HIM services
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in your HSDA
• Guide the team in Records Management and Information release




• Act as a liaison on budgeting and workload matters
• Implement Northern Health policies and promote team cooperation

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Information Management program
• Certification with the Canadian College of Health Information Management
• Minimum of five years relevant experience with supervisory experience
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Proven problem-solving and leadership abilities
