Be part of the CMHA-WECB team in Windsor-Essex as a Dual Diagnosis Support Worker, delivering essential community treatment and rehabilitation. Focus on empowering clients with dual diagnoses through effective case management and supportive counseling.

In this full-time temporary role, you will provide individualized and group support to individuals experiencing complex challenges related to both developmental disabilities and mental health issues. Collaboration with families and system advocacy is fundamental to help clients navigate their recovery pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients and families in understanding services and participation rights
• Identify needs and create individualized care plans
• Educate clients about symptom management and coping




• Facilitate group educational programs tailored to client needs
• Advocate for clients to secure necessary community resources

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or Nursing degree preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience with target populations
• Knowledge of mental health best practices
• Active registration with a skilled college is desirable
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with access to a vehicle

Utilize your expertise in case management to uplift and support clients in their journey to wellness and independence.
