We are seeking Registered Nurses who aspire to deepen their expertise in critical care nursing. Located at the Mississauga Hospital, successful candidates will undergo an 11-week intensive program at the Michener Institute, focusing on hands-on clinical practicum and collaborative learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-level critical care to cardiac surgery patients
• Engage in the Critical Care Certificate Program
• Collaborate with a skilled healthcare team
• Hone physical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Participate in mentorship opportunities for recent staff

Requirements:
• Registration with College of Nurses required
• BCLS certification must be current
• Obtain ACLS certification within 6 months
• Minimum of 2 years acute medical/surgical experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability
