As a Manager of Conversion and Go-Live, you will play a pivotal role in the successful transition to the current HIS. Your responsibilities will include developing cutover plans while collaborating with clinical, operational, and vendor teams across various sites in the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex healthcare transitions and a proven track record of leading teams under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain detailed cutover checklists and strategies
• Coordinate site readiness and go-live command center operations




• Drive collaboration between diverse healthcare teams
• Lead comprehensive training and rehearsal sessions
• Triage and resolve end-user issues in real time

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management expertise
