You'll provide mentorship to team members in the Heartlands Property Core cluster while maintaining communication with insureds, brokers, and vendors throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations from initial report through resolution
• Review engineer reports and contractor scopes for accuracy
• Mentor peers and provide technical support
• Communicate effectively with insureds and vendors
• Participate in CAT response planning and evaluations
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in property claims adjusting
• Chartered Insurance Qualified (CIP) or Fellowship (FCIP) is an asset
• Strong construction knowledge and policy interpretation skills
• Proven ability to manage high-complexity claims
• Proficient in Guidewire, Microsoft Office, and Xactimate
