In this position, you will analyze specifications and attend pre-bid meetings to define the scope of work. By utilizing historical data, you will develop accurate unit and person-hour estimates that align with project goals. Additionally, you will assess risks and provide technical insights to enhance final bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze specifications and determine work scope

• Prepare complete takeoffs of scope of work
• Assist with design reviews and recommend solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 5+ years of estimating or cost control experience
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software
• Strong focus on alternative construction delivery methods
• Exceptional technical writing abilities
