You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising specialists, contributing to both instructional design and strategic educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee educational program management and project portfolios
• Supervise and design training sessions for faculty staff




• Coordinate digital learning and instructional design initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
• Monitor trends in pedagogy and AI to inform decision-making

Requirements:
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in education
• Seven years in educational development or instructional design
• Experience managing projects and teams effectively
• Advanced knowledge of learning management systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
