Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership support and interim coverage
• Mentor and educate nursing leaders within communities




• Guide application of nursing and regulatory standards
• Monitor compliance through quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate on policy development and program evaluation

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience
• Demonstrated expertise in geriatric and nursing services
• Experience in quality compliance initiatives
• Advanced wound care knowledge preferred
