• Independently handle litigation files end-to-end

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or law-related Bachelor's degree
• At least seven years of relevant insurance defence experience
• Familiarity with trials and arbitrations required
• Experience with Accident Benefits and Bodily Injury claims
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
