The Opportunity Are you currently providing neurofeedback while also offering traditional psychotherapy? Or do you have a strong interest in learning neurofeedback but need training?
We are excited to announce that we have an opening for a Clinician (Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Psychotherapist) - Neurofeedback Focus to join our team.
The Neurofeedback (BCN) Clinician will divide their time between providing traditional psychotherapy, conducting neurofeedback, and providing supervision and support to our neurofeedback technicians. Training is available to interested candidates with no previous neurofeedback experience. We are also offering to cover the cost of BCN certification!
Responsibilities Deliver neurofeedback sessions using established training protocols
Conduct intake assessments and monitor client training progress
Provide supervision and support to our neurofeedback technicians
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate clients regarding neurofeedback processes and training expectations
Ensure safe and effective operation of neurofeedback equipment and technology
Support a positive, ethical, and client-centred standard of care




Provide evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy for a range of mental health presentations
Deliver trauma-informed care for clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress-related concerns, and other mental health challenges
Develop collaborative treatment plans and support clients in achieving therapeutic goals
Effectively manage case load, reporting

Qualifications: Master’s degree Social Work, Psychotherapy, or PhD in Clinical Psychology
Registered (must be in positive standing) with the provincial licensing body.
Ability to utilize empirically validated, trauma informed practices and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
Has relevant working experience in areas of practice, with an emphasis on trauma-related work.
Experience with Neurofeedback preferred
Must possess Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain insurance.
Demonstrates professionalism and effective case management skills (e.g., timely reports).
