From assisting Management to engaging customers directly, you will leverage your insight into Diligent’s products to ensure a successful rollout and exceptional service delivery. Your contributions will directly impact the client experience during implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Professional Services throughout the client journey
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders




• Guide customers on best practices for product implementation
• Manage data for migration and verify completeness
• Enhance client engagement with Diligent's solutions

Requirements:
• At least 12 months in consulting or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of GRC disciplines preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
