HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated Child and Youth Worker to enhance youth mental health support in North York, ON. Engage with youth via therapeutic and classroom activities to promote reintegration into mainstream settings.

This role requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to tailor treatment plans that address individual needs. You will facilitate youth engagement in both therapeutic and academic settings, ensuring adherence to safety and accreditation standards throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in multi-disciplinary youth treatment planning
• Assess and document observations accurately




• File reports and maintain compliance with standards
• Ensure effective classroom operations
• Mentor and supervise Child and Youth care students

Requirements:
• College diploma in CYW or CYC
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
• Familiarity with trauma informed practices
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
