Make a real difference in the lives of residents as a Geriatric Nursing professional at AgeCare Mount Ida Mews, Salmon Arm, BC. This part-time role is centered on delivering secure and quality nursing care.

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities include coordinating care and leading team reports, ensuring everyone is informed and ready to address residents’ needs. You'll document changes meticulously and uphold standards in nursing practice. Your role directly impacts the safety and well-being of residents in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination of nursing services within the residence
• Ensure accurate shift reports are communicated to the team
• Document changes in residents’ health effectively




• Manage physician orders according to procedures
• Foster a culture of safety and respect in nursing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Current registration with provincial nursing body in good standing
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
• Strong understanding of health legislation and regulations
• Effective communication and leadership skills
