You will engage directly with clients to assist with renewals, policy changes, and more. Delivering exceptional service while meeting sales targets is essential in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone consultations with existing clients
• Handle various auto insurance services effectively
• Accurately record client interactions to prevent issues
• Initiate retention calls to boost sales conversions
• Offer additional insurance products from all divisions

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant auto insurance experience
• Must possess a Level 1 Insurance License
• Proficiency in computer systems is necessary
• Customer service experience is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
