Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will assess patient conditions, implement care strategies, and collaborate closely with other health professionals. Your role will also involve teaching and facilitating family group sessions to promote wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient health status
• Develop and revise patient care plans
• Monitor and adjust nursing interventions as necessary
• Provide crisis management for patients
• Educate families on care and wellness
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse license in British Columbia
• Minimum two years of experience in NICU
• Certification in neonatal resuscitation
• Proven communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
