Key Responsibilities:
• Launch structured sales programs for various client types
• Lead important RFPs, proposals, and client communications
• Ensure timely and accurate submission processes




• Coordinate strategic pursuits with clear ownership and timelines
• Track proposal activities and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:
• 7+ years in sales programs or proposal management
• Background in construction, engineering, or technical sectors
• Demonstrable experience leading high-stakes proposals
• Strong editing and presentation skills
• Capacity to juggle multiple proposals and deadlines
