Join Shared Health as a Crisis Response Clinician in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This in-person role focuses on providing essential mental health crisis services to individuals in distress.
The Crisis Response Centre is a cutting-edge facility providing 24/7 mental health crisis services under the Shared Health Mental Health and Addictions program. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and apply your expertise in crisis intervention, suicide assessment, and psychosocial support. We seek candidates who thrive in high-pressure situations and have prior community experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical services to individuals experiencing crises
• Assess mental health needs and provide immediate interventions
• Work closely with the CRC Clinical Team and other health professionals
• Participate in ongoing training and career development
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum four years of relevant community experience
• BN or RPN degree required
• Knowledge of Crisis Intervention Theory and related skills
• Registered or eligible with CRNM
• Bilingual candidates preferred, especially in French
