This role on the Long Term Care team requires a Baccalaureate in Occupational Therapy and two years of psychiatric experience. You'll assess and plan therapy services with an evidence-based approach, ensuring optimal health outcomes for your clients. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration while managing a complex caseload, providing education, and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients with mental health issues
• Perform assessments of client’s occupational performance




• Implement evidence-based outcome-oriented therapy plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to research and development of therapy services

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate in Occupational Therapy
• Two years’ experience in a psychiatric setting
• Current registration with CHCPBC
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation methodology
