About TAC Sports

TAC Sports is dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and passionate young athletes through fun, structured, and inclusive soccer programs. We focus on player development, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging soccer training sessions for youth players

Teach fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Create a positive, secure, and supportive learning workplace

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff

Set up and organize drills, games, and equipment

Qualifications

Experience playing or coaching soccer (youth experience preferred)





Passion for working with children and youth

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable, energetic, and positive attitude

Coaching certifications are an asset (not required)

In person group interview (Invite to Head Office Location)

Invite to First-Aid Certification (if required)

Must pass in person group interview to be selected for any camps or programs
