Seeking a well-motivated, responsible employee with experience in sports and recreation facilities. MUST be available on week nights/evenings and weekends. Our facility can operate on a 24/7 basis. Part-time/casual hours to be expected (roughly 3-4 shifts per week). We rely on our staff having a flexible schedule to cover last minute rentals, shifts, etc.. Access to a vehicle considered an asset.

Duties and responsibilities include

- Supervision of the facility. Indoor turf fields, indoor volleyball courts and basketball courts.
- General repairs, and maintenance tasks. Must have high level of responsibility and initiative.
- Preparing the facility for exceptional provision of services.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Opening and closing facility.
- Understanding dome operations.
- Regular maintenance of facility (removing garbage, grooming field, various cleaning duties, etc...)
- Operating company software; completing bookings and rentals.
- Processing payments, petty cash handling, payment reconciliation.
- Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning and customer service
- MUST have knowledge or experience in minor repairs and general aptitude
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in facility management

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $18.50 per hour
