Who you are

- 8-12+ years in systems engineering with 3+ years in technical leadership roles

- Deep knowledge of one or more system-level programming languages like C++ or Rust

- Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers

- Experience working in an environment requiring engineering excellence to produce highly reliable software

- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and security data processing

- Experience working on an Agent team for a SaaS organization

- Deep knowledge of operating system internals

What the job involves

- This role involves supporting a software development team with a solid focus on project delivery, technical execution, and team mentorship
- The individual is expected to demonstrate expert-level programming and system design skills, take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, and ensure adherence to software development best practices

- Build highly reliable code for agent-based cyber-security services and their deployment for Windows, Mac and Linux

- Create technical documentation including high-level designs and architecture specifications

- Drive technical excellence in code quality, performance, and system reliability

- Mentor Senior and Mid-level engineers on technical design and best practices

- Collaborate with Product, Security, and DevOps teams on technical solutions
