What You’ll Do: ● Build & Expand Relationships: Develop and manage a strong portfolio of farm clients across North East Saskatchewan. ● Lead Agronomic Services: Deliver high-level field scouting, crop planning, precision agronomy, and custom product recommendations. ● Drive Business Operations: Oversee retail logistics, product procurement, inventory, and strategic input pricing (including prepay, booking, and in-season programs). ● Guide Strategy & Growth:



Work directly with business leadership to develop long-term growth initiatives, team capability, and market expansion. What You Bring: ● Proven Sales & Network: A strong track record in agricultural sales and established relationships with growers in Western Canada. ● Solid Agronomic Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of crop inputs, agronomy, and regional growing conditions. ● Professional Credentials (or Path to Get There): Applicants must be registered, or eligible to become registered, with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists as defined by The Agrologists Act ● Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to continue growing – not just professionally but personally.
