The Opportunity EnerMech is looking for a motivated and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying recent opportunities, developing robust customer relationships, and expanding our presence across key markets.



Working closely with operational and technical teams, you will promote EnerMech's full range of specialist services, develop sales opportunities, and support customers with integrated solutions that add value throughout the asset lifecycle. This role is ideal for a proactive business developer who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sustainable revenue growth. Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract award.
