• Prepare daily bank deposits and manage cash-related GL accounts
• Support accounting reconciliations with Deal Clerks
• Review and code vendor invoices for approval
• Assist Accounts Receivable and Payable teams timely
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and manage journal entries
Requirements:
• Previous experience in dealership accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ADP systems is preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
