In this full time, permanent position, you will lead innovative fundraising strategies and oversee financial management to meet set KPIs. Your ability to analyze donor data and trends will enhance campaign effectiveness while ensuring compliance with necessary regulations. By leading a talented team, you'll drive impactful fundraising efforts that support at-risk youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage comprehensive fundraising plans
• Supervise a budget exceeding $3M to meet revenue goals




• Drive campaign performance with testing and optimization
• Collaborate across departments for seamless execution
• Provide insights and reporting on fundraising efforts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years in direct response fundraising
• Strong organizational and project management expertise
• Familiar with fundraising regulations and best practices
