In this role, you will work predominantly at our Chinook Centre store, where your primary focus will be on assisting customers and supporting Optometrists. You'll conduct pre-tests, process benefit claims, remake frames, and consistently follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring every visit is extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-testing for customer prescriptions
• Submit third-party benefit claims with accuracy
• Remake and adjust eyewear frames as needed
• Follow up on pending customer orders
• Guide customers through the frame selection process

Requirements:
• Provincial Optician license or recognized certification
• Excellent time management and organization
• Robust customer engagement skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
