Next Pathway is hiring a Test Engineer focused on Cloud Migration Validation and Failure Analysis. This role demands keen analytical abilities and hands-on experience in cloud and data environments.

In this position, you’ll tackle failures in cloud migration and validate data integrity across environments. Robust test engineers will investigate issues using logs and SQL, isolating root problems in various configurations and systems. The ideal candidate will leverage skills in Python to enhance testing and automate diagnostic processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct both automated and manual testing for migrations
• Validate outputs using Next Pathway’s proprietary TESTER software
• Navigate technical logs to identify failure points




• Perform data validation through advanced SQL techniques
• Work with cross-functional teams for defect resolution

Requirements:
• Expertise in advanced SQL, including joins and aggregates
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and analysis
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Snowflake
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues
• Background in related engineering fields is advantageous
